Technical support engineer

компания "ситибанк казахстан" citibank is a part of the largest international financial corporation with more than 200 years of history and it is looking for technical support engineer. the technical support engineer will be responsible for providing support to all citi business units located in kazakhstan for technology related matters. you will have the following responsibilities: providing technical support to the bankchr(39)s employees; processing and prioritization of requests from the bankchr(39)s employees regarding malfunctions of the bankchr(39)s computer equipment and applications; consulting users on working with computer equipment, ms windows, office applications, including in english; solving computer equipment malfunctions; solving malfunctions of the ms windows 10 operating system; resolving malfunctions in the bankchr(39)s office and business applications; installation of computer equipment and ip phones at new workplaces of the bankchr(39)s employees; moving computer equipment and ip phones at the request of the bankchr(39)s employees; maintaining an up-to-date state of the register of the bankchr(39)s computer equipment; supporting for the implementation of global technology projects and initiatives within the country, participation in conference calls; execution of other orders of the head within the framework of the performed management function; ensuring the operability of the bankchr(39)s telecommunication systems, communication systems and servers (windows server all versions, dsi); maintaining operational sheets used in the department; strict fulfillment of the functions set forth in these sheets; observing the interests of the bank when reaching any kind of agreement, maintaining commercial and banking secrets in relation to any information that will be known to him or may be known during work. we expect the following qualifications: high professional education; technical knowledge of the following is required: office, windows 10, remote access (vpn/securid), hardware diagnostics, data network fundamentals, intranet, servicenow; experience in managing the provision of technology services within a financial services environment; knowledge of microsoft products/os, desktop and servers; experience in problem and incident management; strong communication skills; conversational english/russian; knowledge of network + / ccna certs would be helpful; a logical approach to problem solving, effective and accurate decision making is a must; responsibility and the ability to interact with vip users is a must. we offer: standard working schedule (5/2 from 9.00 a.m. till 6.00 p.m.); advanced social package: voluntary medical insurance (with dentistry and ability to insure relatives), life and accidental insurance, additional annual leave days, additional sick leave compensation, etc; competitive salary (depends on interview results); special offers from citiclub (sports, traveling, english language courses); corporate trainings sessions for personal growth; open and transparent communication at all levels and equal opportunities for all employees. citibank is a proud employer to some of the best industry professionals giving you the opportunity to learn from the best and bring your ideas to the table. apply for a job to become a part of the team where every voice is heard and every point of view is appreciated.
