We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join us on this journey, using his or her technological skills and help enhance our efficiency. Our ideal candidate will be responsible to provide high level technical support and incident resolution in all aspects of IT infrastructure, production systems and mobile applications. From day one, you’ll have an immediate impact on our day-to-day IT operations, and an ongoing impact on our overall growth and success. Location: Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai, Russia Responsibilities: Provide technical support in all areas of IT infrastructure, production systems and mobile applications Manage and timely resolve incidents: perform primary diagnostics and fix problems within the area accountable for, or escalate these incidents to DevOps and/or Developers Coordinate work on incidents between different departments: Operational, Quality Control, DevOps, Development and other department Requirements: Linux administration skills 1-2 years demonstrated work experience in IT or in a similar role The ability to use Kibana to search and analyze logs and metrics General understanding of the HTTP and REST protocols Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English Would be considered an advantage: Knowledge of SQL at a basic level: select, join, update, and so on Experience in testing complex IT systems Work schedule: From 7:00 to 15:00, 2 days working, 2 days off (with floating holidays) What we offer: An attractive remuneration package Interested applicants are required to submit their CV in English.
